iPod Jukebox: An MP3 DJ Night

"You know what it's like for a friend to pull a few CDs off the shelf and say "Hey, check this out?" Well, the technology [at iPod Jukebox] allowed 13 or so people to do the same favor for a crowd of strangers. Pretty cool."
-- Rob Pegoraro, The Washington Post

Next iPod Jukebox Event: Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Cafe Saint-Ex, Washington D.C.

The Annual Valentine's Day Party

Every February, iPod Jukebox celebrates Valentine's Day with power ballads, country "somebody done somebody wrong" drinkin' songs, broken-hearted indie classics and other assorted silly love songs.

On Wednesday, Feb. 11, we invite you to make a 12-minute playlist of your favorites -- anything from Patsy Cline to Liz Phair -- and share them at Cafe Saint-Ex. We'll have classic episodes of "The Love Boat" running on the flatscreen TVs all night to help set the mood.

Need inspiration? Check these archived playlists:

February 2006
February 2007
February 2008

Please note that you don't HAVE to play love songs all night -- we just find it amusing.

Hope to see you at Saint-Ex on Wednesday.
