iPod Jukebox: An MP3 DJ Night

"You know what it's like for a friend to pull a few CDs off the shelf and say "Hey, check this out?" Well, the technology [at iPod Jukebox] allowed 13 or so people to do the same favor for a crowd of strangers. Pretty cool."
-- Rob Pegoraro, The Washington Post

Next iPod Jukebox Event: Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Cafe Saint-Ex, Washington D.C.

Love is in the Air

We're looking for romantic ballads in iTunes, queuing up romantic films and getting ready to dim the lights at Gate 54. This can only mean one thing: It's time for the annual iPod Jukebox Valentine's Day party.

On February 13, you're invited to bring your MP3 player to Saint-Ex and entertain the crowd with a special 12-minute set of love songs, anti-love songs or, as the great B.J. Thomas once sang, "somebody done somebody wrong songs."

We'll get started around 9, and you're welcome to arrive earlier to sign up and grab a table.

Additionally, your hosts would like to announce that, due to recent events, the music of Carla Bruni has been banned at iPod Jukebox. We hope you understand.
