iPod Jukebox: An MP3 DJ Night

"You know what it's like for a friend to pull a few CDs off the shelf and say "Hey, check this out?" Well, the technology [at iPod Jukebox] allowed 13 or so people to do the same favor for a crowd of strangers. Pretty cool."

Next iPod Jukebox Event: Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Cafe Saint-Ex, Washington D.C.

What a week. Actually, what a Monday. We held our second iPod Jukebox event at Cafe Saint-Ex on the same day Apple unveiled the sleek new fourth-generation iPod. (All the information is here.) Thanks to everyobdy who came out to spin their favorite tunes.

But there's bigger news
(for us, anyway). Starting in August, iPod Jukebox gets a regular place on Saint-Ex's calendar. We'll be in the Gate 54 Lounge on the second Wednesday of the month -- August 11, September 8, October 13, November 10 and December 8 -- from 9:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. We're also considering expanding set times from 10 to 12 minutes. Let us know what you think about that.

Oh, new iPod means new flyer. Check it out, and click on the image for the full-size version.
