Let's review Journalism 101.

Who: You and your music-loving friends.

What: iPod Jukebox, D.C.'s original MP3 DJ night.

Where: Cafe Saint-Ex (1847 14th St. NW)

When: Wednesday, Jan. 10, 9 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.

Why: You have great taste in music and you want to show it off. You just downloaded an amazing new song and you want all your friends to hear it. You want to be the first person in D.C. to play the new Erol Alkan remix. You got a new iPod for Christmas and you have to put it to good use.

How: Show up between 8:30 and 9 to sign up for a 12-minute time slot. When it's your turn, you get to play whatever you want.

  • At iPod Jukebox, anyone with an MP3 player can be the DJ. Show up, sign up and play whatever you want for up to 12 minutes.

    iPod Jukebox takes place on the second Wednesday of the month at Cafe Saint-Ex.
